The Luxury Crown Policies
Wig & Hair Extension Sales Policy
At Crowned Beautiful, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury wigs, extensions, and hair products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policies:
Wigs & Hair Extensions
- All wig, bundle, closure, frontal, and extension sales are final.
- No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits will be issued on any hair products.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before completing their purchase.
- Custom-colored, customized, and special-order wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Crowned Beautiful is not responsible for improper installation, maintenance, coloring, bleaching, or alterations performed after purchase.
Identification Requirement
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of purchase and at the time of booking any service.
- The name on the ID must match the payment method used whenever applicable.
- Crowned Beautiful reserves the right to refuse service or product sales if proper identification cannot be provided.
Shipping & Delivery
- Processing times vary depending on product availability and customization services.
- Tracking information will be provided once orders have shipped.
- Crowned Beautiful is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
Service Policy
Appointment Deposits
- A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
- No appointment is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.
No-Show Policy
- Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will lose their deposit.
- Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
Hair Preparation Requirements
Clients must arrive:
- Hair clean and free of oils and product buildup.
- Hair completely detangled.
- Previous installs removed unless a removal service has been booked.
Additional fees may apply if preparation services are required.
Refund Policy for Services
- No refunds will be issued for completed services.
- Any concerns regarding a service must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.
- Corrections may be offered at the discretion of Crowned Beautiful.
- Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind after a service has been completed.
Payment & Chargeback Policy
- Full payment is due upon completion of services.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
- By making a purchase or booking a service, the customer agrees to these policies.
- Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed after products have been received or services have been rendered will be investigated.
- Crowned Beautiful reserves the right to pursue legal action, collections, and recovery of all associated fees, court costs, attorney fees, and damages resulting from fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Customers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently prohibited from future purchases and services.
Right to Refuse Service
Crowned Beautiful reserves the right to refuse service or sales to anyone for:
- Inappropriate behavior.
- Harassment or disrespect toward staff.
- Failure to follow business policies.
- Health or safety concerns.
- Failure to provide valid identification when requested.
